Take the M62 heading West and continue until Junction 10/21A with the M6. Head North on the M6 until Junction 23. Exit here and take the A580 East Lancashire road towards Manchester. Turn left onto the B5207 Golborne Road. Continue straight through the first set of lights for approx ½ mile, the development is located on the right hand side.

From Liverpool
